The wine is 100% Sustainably grown Chardonnay from the Stoller Estate. It is whole cluster pressed fermented in concrete eggs and then aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a pale straw color with green highlights. It is dry medium bodied and offers freshly balanced acidity. The wine is supple and juicy with Chablis-esque characteristics. It is pure Chardonnay fruit rather than oak and excessive winemaking. BearScore: 91
