This wine was named after George Cook who first planted vines on Spring Mountain in the 1880's. This expressive wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and offers flavors of dark cassis and cherry with elegant tannins and notes of cedar vanilla and tobacco on the finish. TLC!!
