The Pigmentum Rose is made entirely from Malbec which the Vigouroux family who produces the wine is famous for. Grapes are quickly pressed fermented and bottled to preserve aromatic intensity. Tart/ripe red cherry and raspberry persist through the wine to a long finish. Great with BBQ or spicy Asian dishes.
