Mumm Sparkling Wine Cuvee M appeals to wine aficionados who prefer a touch of sweetness. This sparkling wine showcases the powerful ripe fruit flavors of California with naturally sweetened fruit. The result is a soft elegant sparkling wine featuring a graceful stream of fine bubbles a lovely peach-rose hue and white and yellow stone fruit that are complemented by notes of wild strawberry fresh cream biscuit vanilla and honey. Layers of ripe peach with subtle hints of sweet orange combine with crisp citrus tones leading to a long creamy finish. A few selected lots are fermented or aged in oak to add depth and a hint of spice to the blend.
