Mt. Brave Cabernet Sauvignon

Grown under the shadow of Mt. Veeder's 2400 foot peak Mt. Brave's Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful example of high-elevation winemaking. This red wine has an incredible density of fruit profound tannin structure and a wonderful finish. Winemaker Chris Carpenter is a master of managing mountain tannins and producing wines that are approachable in their youth and spectacular with a bit of cellaring. This red wine showcases aromas of seamless black and blue fruits with secondary notes of dark chocolate and licorice. Power and opulence in harmony with a finessed texture for a long balanced finish. Pair with grilled ribeye rack of lamb and osso bucco.
