Aging in both new oak and used Kentucky bourbon barrels adds layers of black cherry blackberry vanilla dried herbs brown sugar and toasted oak. Bold and full-bodied the palate reveals notes of blackberry cobbler blueberry pie praline caramel mocha and sweet vanilla custard with a smooth smoky finish.
