ABOUT THE WINE Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon combines three vineyard sources to achieve a wine brimming with a bright luscious style. Our goal is always to produce our Cabernet Sauvignon to be enjoyed in a variety of settings... from a casual appetizer social to a mixed grill. TASTING NOTES The 2015 release showcases when depth strength and elegance meet. Blended with 8% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot the wine was aged in French oak and showcases cedary overtones supported by the round mid-palate body and tingly tannins on the edge of the finish. Entry exhibits soft earthtones on the nose with hints of cherry blueberry and a vanilla-oak softness. Medium to full-bodied the wine reveals wonderful fruit ripeness supported by richness and a slightly chewy core. - Highway 12 Winery
