Dolce is a luxurious Napa Valley late-harvest dessert wine a botrytized blend of 83% Semillon and 17% Sauvignon Blanc from the Far Niente family. Aromas of orange marmalade golden honey and toasted brioche lead to a creamy palate of mandarin spiced clove caramel and butterscotch over a vibrant citrus core and long elegant finish. Aged 28 months in 100% new French oak. Serve chilled with foie gras blue cheese or fruit tarts. Napa Valley's liquid gold.
