Pronounced nose and flavors of lavender vanilla roses plums and blackberries accented by black pepper. Le Monde's tannins never over step their boundaries; instead they enhance the acids and overall structure of the wine. Great finish and absolutely no signs of green pepper notes which are often the downfall of Cabernet Francs. Pair with cured and red meats as well as game.
