Palate: Wonderfully complex, generous, and full-bodied with a sweet, honeyed viscosity atypical of an aged spirit; a great depth of raisined fruit and apricot preserves building to an intense heart of savory oak, nutmeg, leather and tobacco with notes of coffee.
