Uses 100% Williams Pears. Founded in 1909 Kammer uses double distillation and allows their brandy to mature in earthenware jugs. Serve in a tall thin glass to focus the bouquet add to coffee sparkling wine or ice cream. As you will find soaking fruit in the brandy will infuse it with flavor. 40% ABV
