Gran Centenario Plata is clay-oven cooked and double-distilled in copper pots, then blended in oak to achieve a subtle wood note and an incredibly smooth taste, unusual for a white tequila. The 100% agave tequila is balanced and fruit-forward with notes of pear, lime, citrus and a hint of black pepper.
