Distillation: Deep Eddy is distilled in a state-of-the-art column still. Not only does column (or continuous) distillation allow us to distil our vodka many more times than we could use a pot still; but it also gives us a much purer distillate. This process creates a cleaner smoother and better finished product. Water: We use the finest water in Texas from an aquifer deep beneath the Earth. It's as perfect as water gets.
