Palate: wood smoke wine long finish - fruit and nuts. It is aged 6 to 8 yrs In the center of the warehouse where conditions are optimum. This bourbon is not filtered, so despite its high alcohol content, Booker's is gentle and balanced. Booker Noe insists that Booker's is best with ice and a splash of water which is a mixture he calls Kentucky tea.
