A delightfully pure expression of Sancerre. It is a very pale straw in color with a youthful green tinge at the rim. The aromatic bouquet practically leaps from the glass with lemon key lime and ripe cantaloupe taking center stage. There is an underlying subtle chalkiness that persists on the medium-bodied palate which is superbly focused and precise. The tart citrus fruit and juicy melon notes lead to a refreshing bracingly dry finish.
